On a bus ride from a small, regional airport to a large, international one, I struck up a conversation with the man beside me. He was the proud owner of a vineyard in Napa Valley, California, and he relished a chance to share about what he loved. As he talked, I learned so much about viticulture and what it takes to produce the very best fruit.
