My three-year-old grandson dislikes being called anything other than his name. He becomes very animated about it.

The Miracle of My Exsistence
If it weren’t for Martin Luther, I wouldn’t be here. I don’t mean serving in a Protestant ministry; I mean I wouldn’t be alive.
Building with God’s Power
My five-year-old grandson is spiritually minded. He treats Jesus like a friend, prays for others, and reports answered prayers. He enjoys singing praise songs. My grandson is “writing” a “book” about Heaven. He’s just learning to read, so his book has random letters and misspelled words. He “reads” about God’s flying wheelchair, His four-faced helpers, and things that may not be true, like toys and Jesus playing with children.
My grandson tries really hard to be a good little boy, but it is super tough to be on his best behavior all of the time.
On The List
Imagine a wife who goes out of town for the weekend to help a sick friend, her ailing parents, or a daughter who just had a baby, and leaves her husband with a Honey Do List.

Heading God’s Signs
Along I-76 near Sterling, CO, there are big, yellow signs that read, “Correctional Facility: Do Not Pick Up Hitchhikers.” One of the last times I went through that area, a man was standing not 100 yards from one of those signs, his thumb up, holding a cardboard sign that read, “Ogallala, NE.”
